Your tasks:

Support our sales team with administrative and organizational tasks.
Create and monitor offers and orders.
Coordinate appointments, organize meetings and business trips for the sales team.
Become one of our contact people for existing and new customers.
Maintain data in the CRM system.
Support the team in the preparation and execution of events.

Your profile:

You are communicative and a team player.
You have an engaging and confident manner when communicating with customers.
You are well-organized.
You have good IT skills, especially with MS Office and CRM systems.
You can speak and write in German, if necessary also English.
You are also welcomed if you’re planning a lateral career move (Quereinsteiger).
