Your tasks:

  • Support our sales team with administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Create and monitor offers and orders.
  • Coordinate appointments, organize meetings and business trips for the sales team.
  • Become one of our contact people for existing and new customers.
  • Maintain data in the CRM system.
  • Support the team in the preparation and execution of events.

Your profile:

  • You are communicative and a team player.
  • You have an engaging and confident manner when communicating with customers.
  • You are well-organized.
  • You have good IT skills, especially with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • You can speak and write in German, if necessary also English.
  • You are also welcomed if you’re planning a lateral career move (Quereinsteiger).
